Mission, Vision, Values

OUR MISSION

To positively influence people’s relationship with trees and nature through expert tree care—combining the art and science of pruning with thoughtful, species- and site-specific solutions.

Vision

To be the most trusted tree care company in our region by delivering creative, high-quality solutions, strengthening the relationship between people and nature, and building a team that grows together through skill, accountability, and support.

Core Values

How we expect work to be done every day.

1

Safety Comes First, Always

We go home the same way we showed up.

What this looks like:

  • Complete a JSA before every job
  • Speak up about hazards immediately
  • Use PPE and equipment correctly—no shortcuts
  • Stop work if something doesn’t feel right
2

Craftsmanship Matters

We take pride in doing tree work the right way, not the easy way.

What this looks like:

  • Make proper pruning cuts
  • Think through each cut before making it
  • Leave trees healthier, not just “done”
  • Keep learning and improving skills
3

Think Before You Cut

Every tree and property is different. We work with intention.

What this looks like:

  • Understand the goal before starting
  • Consider species, structure, and long-term health
  • Adjust the plan when conditions change
  • Ask questions if the plan isn’t clear
4

Own the Customer Experience

Every team member represents the company.

What this looks like:

  • Introduce yourself and be professional
  • Confirm the scope before starting work
  • Be respectful of property (plants, lawn, neighbors)
  • Walk the job with the customer when finished
5

Be a Great Teammate

We work as a crew, not as individuals.

What this looks like:

  • Communicate clearly and respectfully
  • Help others without being asked
  • Share knowledge and support less experienced team members
  • Step into leadership when needed
6

Leave it Better Than We Found It

We care for the entire site, not just the trees.

What this looks like:

  • Thorough cleanup—no debris left behind
  • Protect landscapes and structures
  • Be mindful of the environment
  • Take pride in the final result
7

Take Ownership of Your Work

If it’s your job, you own the outcome.

What this looks like:

  • Follow through on all job details
  • Fix mistakes—don’t hide them
  • Communicate issues early
  • Do what you say you’re going to do

Contact Us for Tree Care

Problems with trees develop over time and different species have different profiles of relevant pests, diseases, and failure patterns. Getting us involved early will help head off any potential problems or start fixing existing ones.
